Job Description:

We seek an experienced Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in Orange County. You'll be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of commercial HVAC equipment, such as RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs, to various sectors. This role will include prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and executing all phases of the sales cycle from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our commercial HVAC clientele in Orange County.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, establishing rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Generate detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals that align with company goals.
  • Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher required.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales.
  • Stable employment history with a proven track record in the HVAC sales sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC products, including RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Must be local to the Orange County area.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pre-existing relationships within the local HVAC industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
