Our Phoenix-based HVAC company is searching for a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installer with a minimum of 4 years in the industry. We are a dedicated, quality-driven team providing HVAC solutions to our local community, and we are seeking a professional who can add value to our team. This role involves installing ductwork, RTUs, VRFs, VAVs, split systems, and water source heat pumps for a variety of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure HVAC systems including RTUs, VRFs, VAVs, split systems, and water source heat pumps in commercial settings.
- Accurately measure, cut, and install ductwork and assemble all necessary components for HVAC systems.
- Assist in the selection and installation of equipment, as well as its testing and adjusting to ensure that it operates effectively.
- Follow blueprints and plan layouts for HVAC systems to ensure they meet building and safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installer.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems including ductwork, RTUs, VRFs, VAVs, split systems, and water source heat pumps.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and plan layouts for HVAC systems.
- Experience working with a variety of hand and power tools commonly used in the trade.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- A strong track record of reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
