Job Title: Commercial HVAC Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or prior hands-on field experience with commercial HVAC piping or sheet metal. They should possess a local and stable work history, with 5-15 years of experience in project management, specifically within the commercial HVAC construction industry.
Manage and coordinate commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scope, schedule, and budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays.
Conduct site visits and attend project meetings to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent prior hands-on field experience with commercial HVAC piping or sheet metal.
5-15 years of experience in project management, specifically within the commercial HVAC construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
Experience with LEED, energy efficiency, and sustainable building practices.
Familiarity with local and national building codes and regulations.
