Responsibilities:
Manage commercial HVAC projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million, including airports, hotels, high-rises, and other large-scale buildings.
Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and estimation to installation and commissioning.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
Utilize Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff Estimating, and CAD/Revit design software to ensure accurate project documentation and communication.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, providing excellent customer service and ensuring project success.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC project management experience, with a focus on medium and large-scale projects.
Demonstrated experience working with commercial HVAC construction companies.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff Estimating, and CAD/Revit design software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
