Job Title: Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Location: Orange County, CA

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale HVAC projects, particularly in the hospital setting (OSHPD experience required).

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion.
  2. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  4. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  5. Use project management tools, including Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel, to track project progress, communicate updates, and manage risks and issues.
  6. Work collaboratively with the project team and other departments to ensure project success.
  7. Maintain a clear and consistent communication line with clients, updating them regularly on project status and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  8. Utilize your extensive industry knowledge to provide solutions to complex HVAC problems.
  9. Attend project meetings and provide reports to management on project status.

Qualifications:

  1. 5-10 years of experience as a HVAC Project Manager, preferably in a commercial setting.
  2. Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects.
  3. OSHPD hospital project experience is a must.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and project schedules effectively.
  6. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
