Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager with a strong background in large commercial projects, particularly in the medical sector. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of HVAC knowledge, excellent project management skills, and familiarity with advanced software tools to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of HVAC projects, including conception, design, planning, scheduling, execution, and follow-up.
  • Use industry-standard software such as Bluebeam for drawing review and markup.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and timelines using advanced estimating and scheduling software.
  • Coordinate and oversee a team of professionals, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations, including those specific to OSHPD facilities.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify and resolve potential problems or delays in projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically within large commercial and medical projects.
  • Familiarity with OSHPD procedures and regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and the latest industry trends.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, estimating, and scheduling software.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Must have a stable work history and be a local resident.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
