Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate should be a local resident with a stable work history and possess 4 or more years of commercial HVAC experience, including prior installation or service of package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and a strong background in sales and estimating.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and accurate estimates.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align and achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- A local resident of Riverside, CA with a consistent and stable work history.
- A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Proven prior experience in the installation or service of package units, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers.
- Strong sales and estimating knowledge, with a demonstrated track record of successful HVAC sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical specifications related to HVAC projects.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
