The ideal candidate should be a local resident with a stable work history and possess 4 or more years of commercial HVAC experience, including prior installation or service of package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and a strong background in sales and estimating.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Evaluate customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions.
Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and accurate estimates.
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align and achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
A local resident of Riverside, CA with a consistent and stable work history.
A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
Proven prior experience in the installation or service of package units, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers.
Strong sales and estimating knowledge, with a demonstrated track record of successful HVAC sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical specifications related to HVAC projects.
