Job Summary:

We are in search of an accomplished Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Orange, CA. We are looking for a local candidate with a stable work history and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in installing or servicing package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and possess a strong foundation in sales and estimating.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction.
  • Assess customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive sales proposals and precise estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:
  • A local resident of Orange, CA with a consistent and stable work history.
  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Demonstrated prior experience in installing or servicing package units, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers.
  • Proficiency in sales and estimating, with a track record of successful HVAC sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret technical specifications related to HVAC projects.
