Job Summary:

We are searching for a skilled and local Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry, including prior installation or service of package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and strong sales and estimating knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and foster new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base in Sacramento and the surrounding areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Assess customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales proposals and precise estimates for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the seamless execution of HVAC projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments in the HVAC field.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:
  • A local resident of Sacramento, CA with a consistent and stable work history in the region.
  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Proven prior experience in installing or servicing package units, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers.
  • Strong sales and estimating knowledge, with a demonstrated track record of successful HVAC sales in the Sacramento market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret technical specifications related to HVAC projects.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
