The ideal candidate should possess a stable work history and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. This experience should include prior installation or service of package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and a strong background in sales and estimating.
Responsibilities:
Identify and nurture new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base within the San Jose region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Evaluate customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions to meet and exceed their requirements.
Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and accurate estimates to clients.
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the seamless execution of HVAC projects.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments in the HVAC field.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align and achieve project objectives and goals.
Qualifications:
A local resident of San Jose, CA with a stable work history in the area.
A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
Demonstrated prior experience in installing or servicing package units, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers.
Proficiency in sales and estimating, with a proven track record of successful HVAC sales in the San Jose market.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
