The ideal candidate should have a stable work history and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. This experience should include prior installation or service of package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and a strong background in sales and estimating.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base in Orange and the surrounding areas.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Assess customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions to meet and exceed their requirements.
Create and deliver comprehensive sales proposals and accurate estimates to clients.
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the seamless execution of HVAC projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments in the HVAC field.

Qualifications:
A local resident of Orange, CA with a stable work history in the area.
A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
