Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and local Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. This experience should include prior installation or service of package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, boilers, and a strong background in sales and estimating.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector, expanding our client base in Orange and the surrounding areas.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assess customer needs and provide innovative HVAC project solutions to meet and exceed their requirements.
- Create and deliver comprehensive sales proposals and accurate estimates to clients.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the seamless execution of HVAC projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments in the HVAC field.

Qualifications:
- A local resident of Orange, CA with a stable work history in the area.
- A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Demonstrated prior experience in installing or servicing package units, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers.
- Strong sales and estimating knowledge, with a proven track record of successful HVAC sales in the Orange market.
