Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Commercial HVAC Project Sales in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC industry. This role requires prior installation or service expertise with package units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), chillers, and boilers, along with a strong background in sales and estimating.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector in Orange County and the surrounding areas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure the successful execution of HVAC projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and accurate estimates to clients.
  • Provide input and support to the project management team during the execution of HVAC projects.
  • Ensure the negotiation and completion of contracts with clients, maintaining favorable terms for both parties.

Qualifications:
  • Local residency in Orange County, CA.
  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Hands-on experience with the installation or service of package units, VRFs, chillers, and boilers.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
