We are a prominent HVAC company based in Las Vegas, is actively seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the HVAC industry, a track record of success in selling, estimating, and managing commercial HVAC projects, and a history of stable employment. Prior experience in HVAC installation and service is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales.
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities.
- Estimate costs and prepare appropriate sales proposals based on analysis of customers' needs and interests.
- Manage the entire project sales process, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
- Partner with the technical team to ensure project specifications are met.
- Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust sales strategies as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC sales and project management.
- Previous experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to estimate costs and manage project timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain professional business relationships.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other sales-related software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
