Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  2. Cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  3. Prepare and present comprehensive and competitive sales proposals to prospective customers.
  4. Collaborate with our engineering and installation teams to develop accurate and efficient project estimates.
  5. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, bids, and follow-ups to assist in future sales strategies.
  6. Manage projects from the initial sales phase through project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be local to San Diego with a stable work history.
  2. Prior experience as a commercial HVAC service technician, with hands-on understanding of HVAC systems and operations.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC estimating and sales.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audience.
  5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  7. High level of integrity and reliability.
  8. Ability to travel locally for client meetings and project assessments.
