Position Overview
The Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative manages all aspects of HVAC sales, including customer relationship management, project estimation, and project management. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, goal-oriented individual with a proven HVAC sales and project management track record.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in Orange County and the surrounding areas.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate clients' HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed project estimates and sales proposals.
- Manage HVAC projects from initial sale through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate future opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and service departments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Must be a local candidate with strong ties to Orange County, CA.
- Stable work history.
- EPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation or service experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVAC estimating, sales, and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
