Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales efforts targeted at Orange's commercial HVAC market and surrounding regions.
Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific HVAC needs and suggesting appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
Use hands-on HVAC system knowledge from prior technician experience to better inform and communicate with clients and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Develop comprehensive HVAC project estimates, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Collaborate with our technical team to ensure proposals align with operational capacities and to facilitate smooth project transitions.
Maintain up-to-date data in the CRM software to ensure adequate lead and customer management.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and seminars, acting as a brand ambassador and expanding our professional network.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing actively to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Residency in or near Orange, CA, is essential.
Demonstrated professional stability through a consistent work history.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC estimating and sales.
Prior experience as a commercial HVAC service technician, allowing for a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and operations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software for efficient sales tracking and customer management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
