Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales endeavors, targeting Las Vegas's burgeoning commercial HVAC market and branching out to its adjacent regions.
  • Forge and nurture bonds with potential and existing clientele, gaining insights into their unique HVAC requirements and offering fitting solutions.
  • Leverage comprehensive HVAC expertise accumulated from past technician roles to elevate client interactions and distinguish our offerings in a competitive landscape.
  • Construct meticulous HVAC project estimates, laying stress on detail and market relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal technical brigade to ascertain that project pitches align with our execution capabilities, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Diligently update entries in the CRM system, guaranteeing organized tracking of leads and clients.
  • Serve as the face of the company at industry trade fairs, relevant events, and seminars, broadening our outreach and upholding our brand's reputation.
  • Unwaveringly achieve or outdo established monthly and yearly sales targets, propelling the organization's ascending growth vector.

Qualifications:

  • Residence in or around Las Vegas, NV.
  • At least 3 years in HVAC project estimation and sales.
  • A background as a commercial HVAC service technician, encapsulating a holistic understanding of HVAC processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and a good grasp of CRM systems for efficient sales tracking and client management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal finesse paired with articulate communication abilities, ensuring enduring client relationships.
  • A methodical, detail-oriented modus operandi combined with a relentless passion for sales.
