Role Summary
In the Commercial HVAC Project Sales Specialist role, you will serve as a linchpin in fostering client relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing project execution. We are looking for a vibrant, goal-oriented professional with an impressive history in commercial HVAC sales, estimation, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Cultivate and sustain long-lasting relationships with commercial clients across Sacramento and surrounding regions.
Needs Analysis: Perform comprehensive site evaluations to identify client-specific HVAC needs, creating bespoke solutions in response.
Sales Proposals: Develop precise project estimates and persuasive sales proposals, securing client commitment while adding value.
Project Management: Own the lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initiation to closure, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Performance Analytics: Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales data, using analytics to evaluate individual and team performance relative to established targets.
Revenue Achievements: Regularly meet or outperform sales targets, directly contributing to the organization’s revenue goals.
Customer Excellence: Deliver unparalleled customer service to enhance client satisfaction, paving the way for future engagements.
Team Synergy: Act as a liaison between multidisciplinary internal teams, including engineering, installation, and servicing departments.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure our solutions maintain a competitive edge.
Minimum Qualifications
Local Connection: The candidate must be located in or have substantial ties to Sacramento, CA.
Career Consistency: A proven record of stable employment history.
Regulatory Adherence: An active and valid EPA certification is a requirement.
Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation or maintenance roles.
Business Acumen: A minimum of three years of solid experience in HVAC project estimation, sales, and overall management.
Interpersonal Proficiency: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret and work with blueprints and technical specifications.
