Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sales Executive

Location: San Diego, CA

We are a leading commercial HVAC company seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, start-up, and service, as well as a proven track record in sales and building long-term relationships with mechanical construction, general construction, and building owners. Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage prior HVAC installation, start-up, and service experience to identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the San Diego area.

  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with mechanical construction, general construction, and building owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

  3. Develop and present sales proposals, including detailed equipment specifications, pricing, and financing options.

  4. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  6. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all company vehicle policies and procedures.

  7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and HVAC knowledge.

  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  1. EPA Universal Certification.

  2. Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

  3. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC field experience, working with chillers and large rooftop units.

  4. Proven sales experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and negotiate contracts.

  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  7. Must be local to San Diego, CA, or willing to relocate.
