Commercial HVAC Sales Executive - Los Angeles, CA

The Commercial HVAC Sales Executive will focus on the technical sales of HVAC equipment and systems to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and A/E (Architectural and Engineering) design engineers and mechanical and general contractors. This role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing customized solutions.
This role is based in our Los Angeles, CA office. Candidates must be local, as remote work is not an option for this position.
- Develop and maintain relationships with MEP and A/E design engineers and mechanical-general contractors.
- Engage in technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations.
- Generate accurate sales estimates and specifications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within a given territory.
- Understand market trends and client needs to recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize market share.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
- At least seven years of HVAC equipment engineering, specification, estimating, and sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in commercial HVAC sales.
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and career growth.
- Exceptional technical acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be a local candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA.
