Position Summary

The Commercial HVAC Sales Executive is responsible for spearheading the technical sales of our HVAC equipment and systems. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and A/E (Architectural and Engineering) design engineers, and mechanical and general contractors. You will also generate accurate estimates and specifications tailored to client needs.

Location

This position is based in our Orange County, CA office. Candidates must be local, as remote work is not an option for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers among MEP and A/E design engineers and mechanical-general contractors.
  • Deliver persuasive technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Generate and provide accurate sales estimates and specifications for complex HVAC projects.
  • Achieve or exceed predetermined sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Monitor market trends, and customer needs to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and customer service teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in HVAC equipment engineering, specification, estimating, and sales.
  • Stable work history, indicating reliability and professional maturity.
  • Technical solid understanding related to HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a local candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
