Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector in Orange County and surrounding areas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless execution of HVAC projects.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
