We are a leading commercial HVAC company seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Service and Project Sales Representative to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC service and project sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Prior field experience is preferred, and the ability to excel in sales and estimating is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients for commercial HVAC service and project sales.

  2. Accurately estimate project costs, considering materials, labor, and other factors.

  3. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.

  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

  5. Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

  6. Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay current with market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  7. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to increase company visibility and generate new leads.

  8. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service and project sales experience.

  2. Prior field experience in the commercial HVAC industry is preferred.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and team members.

  4. Strong sales and estimating skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  5. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  6. Must be local to Orange County, CA, or willing to relocate.

  7. Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
