Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service and Project Sales Executive

We seek a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Service and Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales of our HVAC services and projects for commercial clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and cultivating new business opportunities.
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for commercial HVAC services and projects, including maintenance, repairs, installations, and retrofits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets, including property managers, building owners, and facility managers.
Conduct site visits and perform detailed assessments of clients' HVAC systems to determine their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Prepare and present professional proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, project management, and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations to stay current on industry trends, develop new leads, and enhance the company's market presence.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and continuously strive for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information within the CRM system.
Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, preferably with a focus on service and project sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
