The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, with expertise in servicing large rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), a stable work history, and possession of an EPA Universal certification.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair on a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
- Perform start-up and commissioning procedures on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute service and maintenance schedules.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards for all service and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service work and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
- A local resident of Orange County, CA.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service, particularly on RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
- A stable work history with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
- EPA Universal certification.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
