Summary
We are looking for a friendly and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager in Riverside, California. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC service and management, particularly with large tonnage RTUs, chillers, boilers, and similar equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HVAC service operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and emergency service requests.
- Supervise and support a team of HVAC technicians.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Local and stable work history in Riverside, CA.
- At least five years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.
- A minimum of five years in a service management role.
- Extensive experience with large commercial mechanical contractors (10+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of large tonnage RTUs, chillers, boilers, etc.
