Responsibilities

- Local and stable work history in Orange County, CA.
- At least five years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.
- A minimum of five years in a service management role.
- Experience with large commercial mechanical contractors (10+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Extensive applied equipment knowledge, including large tonnage RTUs, chillers, boilers, etc.
