Job Description: We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial HVAC service sales experience, a stable work history, and a deep understanding of HVAC system components and functionality. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, evaluating their HVAC needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate new business relationships and expand our client base in the commercial sector.
- Utilize technical knowledge to analyze client's HVAC needs, recommend appropriate products/services, and provide accurate estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to provide the most efficient and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the services provided align with the sales agreement and customer expectations.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our HVAC services.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to aid in strategic planning.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service sales.
