Job Description:

As a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering top-notch HVAC solutions. You will use your knowledge and expertise in the HVAC industry to sell service contracts, systems, and equipment to commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct site surveys, estimate, prepare, and propose the best solutions for the customer's HVAC service needs.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing, and all other matters related to revenue generation.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with our service and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and to manage customer expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and coming up with appropriate solutions.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the San Diego commercial market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

  • Local candidates with knowledge of the local market.
  • Experience with HVAC design and estimating.
