Position Overview:

The Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative will be responsible for service sales growth within Orange County, leveraging their deep knowledge of HVAC systems and local market dynamics. This individual should be results-driven, with a proven track record in sales and a thorough understanding of the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring HVAC solutions accordingly.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC service sector.
  • Conduct site surveys, audits, and needs assessments for potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the HVAC industry.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and training sessions to bolster sales efforts and industry knowledge.
  • Work closely with the customer service and support teams to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HVAC service sales experience.
  • Stable work history, reflecting commitment and growth in previous roles.
  • Proficient understanding of commercial HVAC systems, components, and operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, site surveys, and other related tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience, specifically within Orange County.
  • HVAC technical certification or training.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
