Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline focused on selling service maintenance agreements to commercial building owners in the Orange County area.

  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

  3. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information on client needs and develop tailored maintenance solutions.

  4. Present and negotiate service maintenance agreements, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including service technicians and project managers, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

  6. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.

  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  8. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience selling service maintenance agreements to commercial building owners.

  2. Proven sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  3. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
