Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector in Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including service technicians and project managers, to ensure the seamless execution of HVAC projects.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Qualifications:
Local residency in Atlanta, GA.
A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in commercial HVAC sales.
