Responsibilities:

  • Forge and nurture lasting relationships with facility managers and leadership of large-scale building owners in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Analyze client requirements and HVAC system needs to deliver customized, practical solutions.
  • Drive the sales process in the commercial HVAC domain, from lead generation to closing.
  • Offer expertise on various HVAC systems, including large-tonnage units, chillers, boilers, and more.
  • Develop competitive sales proposals and oversee project estimation processes.
  • Manage project execution to ensure client needs, budget, and timeline compliance.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to guarantee service quality and project success.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in commercial HVAC sales and project oversight.
  • Strong business, financial, and sales knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and applications.
  • Exceptional skills in client relationship management and communication.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area with a stable work history.
