Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
We seek a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a professional who is deeply knowledgeable in the startup, commissioning, servicing, repairing, and diagnostics of a variety of HVAC systems, including large Rooftop Units (RTUs), Chillers, Boilers, and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform startup and commissioning of large-scale HVAC systems.
- Provide regular service and maintenance for a variety of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues in RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, VRFs, and other HVAC systems.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, particularly in a commercial setting.
- Deep technical knowledge of RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, VRFs, and other HVAC systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A commitment to safety and a track record of working safely.
- Must be based locally in Phoenix, AZ.
- Demonstrable stability in work history.
