Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and local Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial HVAC service, with a focus on servicing large rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs). The candidate should demonstrate a stable work history and possess an EPA Universal certification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair on various commercial HVAC systems, specializing in large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in start-up and commissioning procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute service and maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service work performed and parts used.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Local residency in Atlanta, GA.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service, with a focus on large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
- Stable work history, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- EPA Universal certification.
