Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Overview:

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality work and will have advanced field knowledge in servicing large-scale HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair various HVAC systems, focusing on large tonnage package units, chillers, boilers, VRFs, compressors, VAVs, VFDs, fan coils, and air handling units.
- Perform installation, start-up, and commissioning of new HVAC systems.
- Ensure all service and repairs comply with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven stable work history in the HVAC field, preferably local to Orange County, CA.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in servicing, repairing, and commissioning large-scale HVAC equipment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Factory-level training and certifications in major HVAC brands.
- Familiarity with building automation systems.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects such as schools, universities, data centers, labs, hotels, and arenas.
- Ability to keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
