Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair a variety of large tonnage HVAC units, including chillers, boilers, VRFs, compressors, VAVs, VFDs, fan coils, and air handling units.
- Manage the installation, start-up, and commissioning processes for HVAC systems.
- Deliver superior customer service and technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within HVAC systems.
- Comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Reside in or near SLC, with a stable employment history.
- Possess EPA Universal Certification.
- Have a clean driving record and reliable means of transportation.
- Show advanced field knowledge and hands-on experience with large HVAC systems.
- Experienced in the installation, service, repair, start-up, and commissioning of commercial HVAC units.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Hold factory-level training and certifications in HVAC systems.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
