Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Overview: We are seeking skilled Service Technicians with expertise in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of equipment capabilities, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, control, and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
- Provide timely and effective customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Demonstrate proficiency in electrical circuit and component analysis, refrigerant analysis, as well as fluid and air dynamics.
- Coordinate with team and management to prioritize and complete assignments efficiently.
- Ensure all service activities are documented accurately for billing and project management purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the HVAC field, with a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, chillers, pumps, air handling systems, ductwork, VAV systems, boilers, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Compliance with all safety and OSHA requirements.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Proficiency in both low voltage controls and high voltage power troubleshooting.
- Local and stable work history.
