Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, servicing, repair, and commissioning of various commercial HVAC systems, including large tonnage units, chillers, boilers, VRFs, compressors, VAVs, VFDs, fan coils, and air handling units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within HVAC systems, providing efficient and reliable solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for all.
- Keep accurate service records and documentation for all projects and services performed.
Requirements:
- Residency in Denver, CO, or willingness to relocate, with a stable and consistent work history.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Significant experience in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of large-scale HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
