Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely solutions.
Interpret system blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
Ensure all installations and services align with local, state, and federal regulations.
Perform regular maintenance tasks on HVACR systems, including cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements.
Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, strictly following all safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
Must be local to Orange, CA.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial mechanical/piping insulation.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and address HVACR system complications.
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
EPA Certification is a plus.
A consistent and reliable work history is essential.
