Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely solutions.
- Interpret system blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Ensure all installations and services align with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on HVACR systems, including cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, strictly following all safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Orange, CA.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial mechanical/piping insulation.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and address HVACR system complications.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- EPA Certification is a plus.
- A consistent and reliable work history is essential.
