Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, ensuring peak performance and long-lasting functionality.
- Conduct detailed system diagnostics, promptly troubleshoot potential problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Accurately read and interpret system blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Ensure every installation and service adheres to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Operate routine maintenance activities on HVACR systems, including cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements.
- Guide clients on optimal system operations, routine maintenance, and energy-saving best practices.
Qualifications:
- Residency in or around San Diego, CA.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Commercial HVACR Service Technician.
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and rectifying HVACR system challenges.
- Familiarity with various HVACR systems, tools, and industry-standard practices.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
- EPA Certification is a definite advantage.
- A stable and dependable work history emphasizing reliability and dedication.
