- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the service process.
- Comply with all safety standards and protocols, maintaining a secure work environment for employees and clients alike.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all service activities, ensuring thorough documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks performed.
Requirements:
- Local to Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate, with a proven stable work history in the area.
- Required EPA Universal Certification, with additional Refrigeration Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Extensive experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVACR systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
