Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVACR systems.
- Facilitate smooth commissioning of new systems.
- Address issues in HVACR equipment, controls, and large units, including chillers and boilers.
- Collaborate with Building Automation System (BAS) controls for system efficiency.
- Ensure peak performance of chiller systems, boilers, and large tonnage units.
- Offer technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Keep detailed records of all service and installation activities.
- Uphold stringent safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest HVACR technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in commercial HVACR services.
- Expertise in HVACR system setup and commissioning.
- Familiarity with BAS controls.
- Experience with chillers, boilers, and large units preferred.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Clear communication skills.
- San Diego residency or nearby.
