Position Overview:

As a Commercial HVACR Service Technician in our company, you will be at the forefront of creating energy-efficient atmospheres for our esteemed commercial clientele. Your prowess will further enhance our commitment to melding optimal comfort with sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced commercial HVACR systems.
  • Champion the seamless commissioning of brand-new systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify challenges in HVACR equipment, controls, and large-scale units, encompassing chillers and boilers.
  • Integrate with Building Automation System (BAS) controls to maximize system proficiency.
  • Guarantee the optimal functioning of chiller systems, boilers, and substantial tonnage units.
  • Propose tailored technical solutions aligning with client specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all service, maintenance, and installation undertakings.
  • Adhere to and promote rigorous safety protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging HVACR technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in commercial HVACR service provision.
  • Mastery of HVACR system configuration and initiation.
  • Proficiency with Building Automation System (BAS) controls.
  • Hands-on experience with chillers, boilers, and large-scale units is desirable.
  • EPA certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in teams and autonomously.
  • Articulate and transparent communication capabilities.
  • Residency in Los Angeles or its vicinity.
