Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot problems, and provide prompt solutions.
- Read and interpret system blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure all installations and services comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide regular maintenance checks on HVACR systems, including cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and tradespeople for complex projects or installations.
- Educate clients on system operations, maintenance protocols, and energy-saving measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere strictly to all safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Los Angeles, CA.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial mechanical/piping insulation.
- Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVACR system issues.
- Familiarity with various HVACR systems, tools, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- A stable work history showcasing consistency and reliability.
