Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related equipment.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues; provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Work in compliance with all local and state building codes and regulations.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installations.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other stakeholders on commercial sites to ensure the seamless integration of plumbing systems.
- Respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Provide cost estimates for plumbing services and materials.
- Ensure all installations and repairs are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to best practices and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing installation experience.
- Must be a local applicant.
- Stable work history showcasing reliability and commitment.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and best practices.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid plumbing license/certification in North Carolina.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
