With a reputation for delivering excellence in service and project execution, we seek an experienced Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

The Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple commercial projects from conception to completion within the allocated budget and timeline.

Location

Honolulu, HI. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement plumbing and HVAC projects, including high rises, schools, airports, and hospitals.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
  • Conduct site visits and review reports to ensure the project is on track.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project closeout and post-construction documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor work quality and coordinate field teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct risk management assessments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC.
  • Must have managed projects in commercial high-rise buildings, schools, airports, and hospitals.
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
