Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Utilize FastPIPE estimating software to develop accurate and competitive project estimates.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
Continuously improve project management processes and best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager or a similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in FastPIPE estimating software and other relevant project management tools.
Hands-on plumbing experience or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
