Position Summary
As a Commercial Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems within commercial facilities. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and safety.
Location
This position is based in Orange County, CA, and serves the surrounding areas. Applicants must be local, as remote work is unavailable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and troubleshooting issues in the field.
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, customer communications, and parts inventory
- Collaborate effectively with other service technicians and customer service representatives
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining technical issues to non-technical clients
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial plumbing service and repair
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in plumbing is a plus
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be a local candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA
