Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Residency in or near Orange, CA, accompanied by a stable work history.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving plumbing malfunctions in commercial environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and the tools and techniques required for servicing them.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
